Manuscript Status Update - July!

Hello!

Sorry I missed a month. Life got busy, as it sometimes does.

Onwards!

1.) Red Korova, the Free Trial Scenario that allows you to try out the game

(well, if you have a copy of Blades in the Dark or go the SRD), has been

updated to Version 5; the usual refinements and tweaks to match the game

as I work to finish it.

Manuscript Chapter Breakdown.

Chapter 1 - Basics of the Game - DONE.

Chapter 2 - Characters & Abilities - DONE.

Chapter 2a - Master Playbook Special Ability List,

General Special Abilities (Open to All),

Resilience Special Ability Lists (Mental, Physical)

Super-Strength Special Ability List

Psychic Special Ability List - 90% Done.

Chapter 3 - Teams & Changing the World - 75%.

Chapter 4 - Mission Profiles - What a Team Does - DONE.

Chapter 5 - Integrity Is What You Are In The Dark: Downtime  - 90% Done.

Chapter 6 - The Story's The Thing: How to Play - 40%.

Chapter 7 - Running The Game - 40%.

Chapter 8 - Strange Magic & Eccentric Technology - 75%.

Chapter 9 - Guide to Jet City - 40%.

Chapter 10 - The Jet City World  - 90% Done.

Chapter 11 - The Appendix: Additional Material - DONE.

Disruptors_Sheets_Player - Playbooks, Teamsheets, Factions Et Al - DONE.

Disruptors_Sheets_GM - Reference Sheets, Faction Tracking Sheets, Et Al - 75%.

I have a few Supplemental or "Stretch Goals" sketched out, but I have no intention

of spending ANY time on these until after the Main Project - as noted above - is in

the can.

STRETCH GOAL: Mars, the Red Planet

STRETCH GOAL: Guide to Mission City

The above are just in the idea stage in the roughest of terms. Mars is quite important

to the main setting of the JCU for reasons (which will become clear, and yes, it can be

visited and you can adventure there if you have cause...) while the second is the Jet

City Universe's version of San Diego, from the Ikons playtest, which wrapped up a while back.
